My name is Ruth and I have been an animal lover my whole life, I grew up with various animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, budgies and my parents late cockatiel. I have also shared my adult life with a diverse range of animals including a dog, fish, mice, rats, a rabbit, a terrapin, birds, degus and gerbils. I have also been an avid horse rider since I was 3.
During my time in New Zealand I house/cat sat for my friend's grandparents. This experience spurred me on to pursue this as a career. I enjoy this work on a day to day basis as I get to interact with many different animals and it feels less like work and more like fun.
To me, Care Full Critters is more than just another dog walking and animal care business. It's about animal care and compassion. It is my desire to give a good service to the animals as well as their parents. Animals are part of the family, many people view them as adopted furry children. That is what I see when I look at an animal and it is my intention to lavish your fur baby with the tender loving care he or she deserves.
